Bryan has over seventeen years experience with export controls, economic sanctions, antiboycott, and customs laws. His background includes prior legal practice and previous service as International Trade Counsel for a global Fortune 500 oilfield service company where he advised on trade matters regarding some of the most challenging countries in the world.
Bryan has extensive experience assisting exporters and importers with compliance reviews and programs, including process and transactional analysis, procedures drafting, and program implementation. His procedures experience reflects both his legal and accounting backgrounds, and includes familiarity with COSO-based standards for effective internal controls (including SAS 78 and Sarbanes engagements).
