In acknowledgement of support provided to disenfranchised Montclair families and the local community, Homes of Montclair Ecumenical Corp (HOMECorp) has been announced as one of three honorees at the 14th Annual Courage Awards Gala on June 12th, 2012.
Paramus, NJ, May 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Care Plus Foundation will be honoring those who have provided exemplary service on behalf of others who are facing the challenges of mental illness and substance abuse at their annual Courage Awards Gala on June 12, 2012. Homes of Montclair Ecumenical Corp. (HOMECorp) is one of three who have been named as honorees; other honorees include Bergen County Freeholder David L. Ganz and a nationally-recognized guest honoree that is pending announcement in May.
“We’re thrilled to be acknowledged for the work we’ve done in the community for almost 25 years,” said Beverly Riddick, Executive Director of HOMECorp. “This honor also shows the strength of our partnership with Care Plus NJ, and recognizes the importance of the services that we provide.”
HOMECorp is a community-based non-profit organization, formed in 1988 by concerned residents and religious institutions in Montclair, New Jersey to improve and develop housing in Montclair.
