Fountain Quail Named Finalist for "Company of the Year"
2012 Global Water: Oil & Gas Awards to be presented May 22 in Dubai.

(AQE-TSXV), today was named one of three global nominees for “Company of the Year” in the 2012 Global Water: Oil & Gas Awards. The premier recycler of industrial wastewater in North America was recognized for “Excellence in Water Services for the Oil & Gas Sector.”
“We are extremely honored to be one of three global nominees for this prestigious honor, the ‘Academy Award’ of global water services,” said Brent Halldorson, chief operating officer of Fountain Quail. “Our recycling technologies are changing the way wastewater is being handled in shale plays all across North America, and operators from around the globe have started to take notice as well. The Company of the Year Award will be presented on May 22 during a gala awards ceremony and banquet.
Halldorson was also asked to deliver a presentation at the Global Water Oil & Gas Summit, scheduled for May 22-23 in Dubai, UAE. Halldorson will discuss Fountain Quail’s experience as a leader in unconventional oil and gas wastewater treatment, which is considered an industry best practice. He will also review several of the challenges associated with water disposal and how recycling can be an integral component of successful operators’ water management strategies.
