Qeep Social Platform is Open to New Relationships
Mobile social community qeep integrates SOFTGAMES titles with its OpenSocial-compatible API.
Cologne, Germany, May 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Mobile network qeep has opened up to third-party games, meaning BLUE LION mobile has evolved its huge community into an open mobile social platform. The qeep social API is based on the OpenSocial Standard developed by Google, and enables mobile game providers to use single sign-on, friend lists and internal messaging, and access user data.
The first partner is Berlin mobile entertainment company SOFTGAMES, which has integrated three of its biggest games – Online Racer, Crime City and Jewels Island – into qeep, unlocking an audience of over 13 million registered users worldwide.
CEO of SOFTGAMES Alexander Krug explains: “Qeep, with its broad mobile user base combining flirting and gaming, is the ideal platform for promoting our popular HTML5 games.”
The integration of other titles by SOFTGAMES is already planned – so qeep’s users can look forward to an exciting summer.
“There's a huge variety of great browser games on the market,” says Christian Schulte, managing director and co-founder of BLUE LION mobile. “With our qeep social API, we're opening our community as an attractive marketing platform for developers, and providing our users with a broad range of new games. Integrating the first browser games with single sign-on is an important step. Later in 2012, we'll be enabling our partners to use our worldwide mobile billing in over 60 countries via the same interface.”
BLUE LION mobile is working with selected partners to integrate games of the highest quality into qeep. At a later stage, the qeep social API will be available to all interested parties as an open interface, creating a growing variety of qeep services.
