Free "Senior Solutions" Community Workshop and Fair

Lanham, MD, May 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Family Restoration and Healing Center understands that caring for an aging loved one is difficult and wants to help! On May 19, Family Restoration and Healing Center in partnership with the UBW Senior Solutions Company will hold a free workshop to address coping strategies for those caring for aging parents and relatives.

The community resource fair will be held at Takoma Park Community Center located at 7500 Maple Ave. in Takoma Park, MD. The fair will begin at 10:00 am and end at 2:00 pm and will include the following:

· 11:30am Family Restoration and Healing Center session on 'Caretaker Coping Strategies & Relationship Strengthening with Senior Loved Ones'
· 12 (noon) Free samples of homemade healthy soups by The Soup Doctor (a Family Restoration and Healing Center signature line)
· Daylong, Various empowerment sessions for seniors and caretakers by local professionals
