Randy Cochran Joins The Transition Companies
Randy Cochran has joined The Transition Companies, LLC (“TTC”) and has been appointed Senior Managing Director.

In his new role at TTC, Mr. Cochran will direct TTC’s nationwide efforts to help owners of privately-held companies ascertain the factors affecting their performance and market value. Thereafter, he will be responsible for placing professionals on site to implement executable strategies that empower business owners to effectively dictate value to the market.

Randy has worked in public accounting and turnaround management for over 30 years. Mr. Cochran started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) developing deep technical skills in designing and implementing strategic financial and operational systems for middle market clients. With this expertise in banking, Mr. Cochran became Senior Vice President of American Federal Bank in Dallas, TX, where he led the operational turnaround of 12 failed Savings and Loans in a financial buyout.
Mr. Cochran joined Deloitte (formerly Deloitte & Touche) in 1996 and became a consulting partner in 1998. Most recently Randy was a Director at Crowe Horwath, the ninth largest public accounting and consulting firm in the U.S. He concentrated his time on fraud investigations and mergers and acquisitions.
