Colliers International Sweeps the Central and Eastern Europe Quality Awards with Three Wins

Tirana, Albania, May 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Colliers International took home the awards in three categories at the 2012 CEE Quality Awards gala. The jury awarded Colliers International: Industrial Agency of the Year, Office Agency of the Year and Property Management Company of the Year.

The winners were announced during the 9th annual CEEQA ceremony at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel on April. The Gala was proceeded by the RealGreen conference devoted to green building issues and attended by regional and international experts and business leaders.

According to market data, Colliers facilitated 25% of office leasing deals in the CEE region acting on behalf of the tenant. In addition, they facilitated 43% of all industrial transactions.

Organized by the CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times, the gala attracted almost 600 guests from 30 countries. The awards were presented to the leading projects and companies from the commercial real estate sector as well as to the professional of the year.

The awards are given for outstanding business achievements which influence the commercial real estate market. The winners are selected by an elite panel of industry professionals from the leading companies within the property market and international industry partners from the CEE and SEE region including developers, investors, banks and consulting specialists.
