Plumber Finds a Hidden Talent After Watching a BBC Television Program
Des Moines, IA, May 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- New kid on the block author, Nigel Raven, at 40 years of age, saw the recession hit this plumber hard, leaving little opportunity to bring up his family of four the way that he once dreamed of.
After sitting down one night watching the BBC Hidden Talents program, he decided to explore some hidden talents that he might or might not have himself and no less than six weeks later, he wrote his gripping new first novel that now sells on amazon kindle worldwide.
Now currently writing his second book, his first book is selling fast due to the extremely low cost of $1.24.
At the moment, its not all about the money, Nigel says. He still works as a self employed plumber in the United Kingdom and spends most evenings when he can, writing his next novel, one of many he hopes.
In the relatively short time that his book has been published, he has also had some interest in turning his first novel Stark - Down But Not Out into a film, but has had no firm offers as of yet.
