Vermont Condo Forum and Expo Set for June 9 in Quechee
The New England Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAINE) is holding its annual Vermont Condo Forum and Expo for condominium owners, board members, trustees and managers on June 9, 2012 at the Quechee Club in Quechee, VT from 8:00am - 2:30pm.
Quechee, VT, May 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The New England Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAINE) is holding its annual Vermont Condo Forum and Expo on June 9, 2012 at the Quechee Club in Quechee, VT from 8:00am - 2:30pm.
The day long program for condominium owners, board members, trustees and managers includes topical presentations by industry professionals and an opportunity to network with condominium suppliers and vendors. Attendees will gain essential, relevant and timely information to address problems and concerns that condominium associations face on a regular basis. The Vermont program includes sessions on the challenges boards are facing since the enactment of Act 155, accounting controls and insurance risks. In addition, speakers will offer tips on the importance of building a professional team and the duties and responsibilities of a condominium director. Questions from program attendees concerning their condo communities will be discussed in an interactive Q&A session at the end of the day. Breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee.
