Alzheimer's Conference Provides Support and Answers About South Florida's Most Critical Health Epidemic

Alzheimer's Association Southeast Florida Chapter proudly presents its 2012 Care & Conquer Regional Education Conference Wednesday, May 23, 2012. This event is designed to provide support and guidance to people with early-stage Alzheimer’s and caregivers of people with dementia. The conference features world-renowned experts and many opportunities to connect with others battling the Alzheimer’s epidemic. The full-day experience will provide you with support and education regarding the latest information and resources for people with dementia and people providing care for loved ones in all stages of the disease.

People who are experiencing early state memory loss, family members and caregivers are invited and encouraged to attend, along with nurses and other professionals in the medical and senior services community, as well as others interested in issues related to memory loss.

This event will be held at Florida International University, at the Kovens Conference Center, 3000 NE 151 Street, Miami, FL 33181 and begins at 8:00am and runs until 4:00pm. Please call as soon as possible to register.
