Ramey Kemp & Associates Announces New Senior Transportaion Engineer
Raleigh, NC, May 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Ramey Kemp & Associates, Inc. (RKA) is pleased to announce the hire of Merrick (Tré) Dugal III, P.E. as a Senior Transportation Engineer. Much of his work will be primarily focused on roadway design, but will also include transportation planning and transit design.

Mr. Dugal received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. He joins RKA from CDM Smith (formally Wilbur Smith Associates) and has 23 years of experience in the engineering field. His specialties include roadway design, parking lot design, hydraulics studies, drainage and erosion control design, water and sanitary sewer relocation, transportation planning, and transit design. His addition to the RKA team is sure to help lead RKA to great success in the future.
