Alberta: The Tribes is the story of Keebo, a young aboriginal who has a vision of uniting the numerous families that roam the area now know as the Province of Alberta, Canada. Although he sees the joining to co-operate in hunting, defence, and social activities as a way to improve the life of his people, he meets resistance from other families as well as his own.

Alberta: The Tribes is the sequel to Alberta: The First Man of the series based on the history of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
