Its Here, the "venuslevitating: Blast Off to Outer Space" Phone Home Challenge
New York, NY, June 11, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Syntage and “CoolRiddims” have teamed up to bring you an exciting new contest that will allow you to give a little and get a whole lot in return. For a limited time only every 25th person who downloads the ring tone “Rain” from the “AT&T Mobile Music Studio” on myspace will receive a brand new “ MotoRazr v3m” Red and the full length single “Rain” from the album "venuslevitating."
The CEO and founder of “CoolRiddims” Tam Byrd explains how this undertaking came to light and how she feels it will help with what they are trying to accomplish:
“From the beginning we wanted to do so much more with Syntage’s music other than just get it heard, get it played, make money. All of the aforesaid is great but as Bob Marley says “there’s so much trouble in the world” and a lot more we can do as human beings to help one another. With music and entertainment we can do that; for us (CoolRiddims) it is the ultimate balm that soothes the savage beast. We wanted to try and give back in any way we could and what better way than to reward all parties involved? When Rain is downloaded from the “AT&T Mobile Music Studio” a portion of the sales goes to help relief efforts in Darfur, for the children of Darfur displaced by the madness over there. Every 25th time “Rain” is downloaded the lucky winner gets a brand new cell phone and the full length single.” When asked why that particular model phone Tam continues “We chose the Red Razr from Sprint for two reasons. The first reason is printed directly on the box in big bold letters it reads “Designed to help eliminate AIDS in Africa” all we did was take it one step further to include Darfur. Killing two birds with one phone so to speak (smile).”
The second reason is explained in four short words by “CoolRiddims” execs. Ciara Bromfield and Jen Monfleury “It’s a hot phone”.
To participate and do your part please visit www.myspace.com/syntagez where you can download the song directly from there. Or you can visit the “AT&T Mobile Music Studio” page he’s filed under the letter S.
