Cape Cod Condo Forum and Expo Set for June 23 in Hyannis
Wellesley, MA, May 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The New England Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAINE) is holding its annual Cape Cod Condo Forum and Expo on June 23, 2012 at the Holiday Inn in Hyannis, MA from 8:00am - 2:30pm.
The day long program for condominium owners, board members, trustees and managers includes topical presentations by industry professionals and an opportunity to network with condominium suppliers and vendors. Attendees will gain essential, relevant and timely information to address problems and concerns that condominium associations face on a regular basis. The Cape Cod program includes sessions on improving communications between unit owners, boards and management for optimum results, the legal considerations for building improvements and repairs, and some “green” options that technology has provided. Questions from program attendees concerning their condo communities will be discussed in an interactive Q&A session at the end of the day. Breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee.
