CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) was awarded the leasing of Trend Tower at Harbor Heights, a proposed 105,000-square-foot high-end executive office tower in Rockwall, Texas. The 7-story Class A building will be located on a hill at the corner of Interstate 30 and Horizon Boulevard with spectacular panoramic views of Lake Ray Hubbard and the Dallas skyline and will be anchored by TrendHR Services with a 24k pre-lease.
Dallas, TX, May 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) was awarded the leasing of Trend Tower at Harbor Heights, a proposed 105,000-square-foot high-end executive office tower in Rockwall, Texas.
