Juliana Jabour hits the U.S Fashion Market

Los Angeles, CA, June 13, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Brazilian native, Juliana Jabour, also known as innovative designer and “Queen of Fashion Knitwear,” is not only taking the Brazilian fashion market by storm but also is venturing out to U.S markets. Jabour first came to the United States by way of Georgetown University where she Studied Political Science. After 6 years in the U.S, she moved to London to pursue her dream of being in the fashion industry. Starting out as a buyer for the Joseph Chain, she quickly became the head designer for the same label.

Upon her return to Brazil, Juliana worked for many well known Brazilian designers such as Triton and Zion before launching her eponymous collection in the Spring of 2003.

The Line of Contemporary sportswear takes a fashion forward approach to knitwear while making references to the 70’s and 80’s. Her main ingredients of Viscose Lycra and jersey knits have quickly given her the title of the “Queen of Fashion Knitwear” by the Brazilian press.
