Keller Williams Realty Reaches #1 in Tampa Bay Through Community-Focused Culture
The real estate agents of Keller Williams Realty have together become the number one ranked residential real estate company within 10 years of service in the Tampa Bay area. Keller Williams achieves such accomplishments through their culture of learning, giving, and community involvement.
Tampa, FL, June 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Keller Williams Realty is proud to recognize their agents for becoming the number one ranked residential real estate company in the Tampa Bay area. The Keller Williams Market Centers have sold more residential real estate during the past three years than any other national company, and within 10 years of the first office opening in Brandon, FL. This accomplishment is a prime example of how creating a culture of giving and a focus on win-win transactions affects bottom line results.
To celebrate and recognize the agents for what they consistently do within the community, the Keller Williams Chadwick Group Market Centers, made up of over 500 agents, closed their offices and rolled up their sleeves on Thursday, May 10th in honor of a national initiative called RED Day (Renew, Energize and Donate). This day is dedicated to celebrating Keller Williams Realty’s year round commitment to improving our local communities.
Each office devoted their time to renewing, improving and donating to local organizations in the neighborhoods in which they are located. In St Petersburg, the market center agents went to Alpha House of Pinellas County, a home and resource for young pregnant mothers and babies, and donated time, hard work and resources to beautify the property. In Brandon, the agents assisted in clean-up as well as donation of items such as suitcases and essential items including pajamas, underwear and socks for A Kids Place, a facility for children who are abused, neglected or abandoned. In Apollo Beach, the agents provided extensive site renovation work for a brand new organization called FAVE Boating Expeditions, a counseling and support center for Veterans who suffer from loss and are returning from deployment. And in South Tampa, Metropolitan Ministries received the efforts from volunteers assisting in food prep work in the kitchens, helping shoppers in the store, stocking, sorting donations and more. “It is this type of culture and focus on giving back, paying it forward and helping people within the community that attributes to the success of our agents over the other National Companies out there,” stated Kevin Chadwick, Owner of the Keller Williams Chadwick Group Market Centers. “Our agents respect and nurture their local communities, which enhances their role as Realtors and servants within the Tampa Bay area. I believe this is the primary reason that we, as an organization, are so successful and have become number one in residential real estate in such a short period of time.”
