About the Author:
Evelyn Adlam is a Ugandan-born British lady, who, after graduating from Uganda's Makerere University, qualified and specialized in human resources. She worked in senior personnel/human resources positions in Uganda, Kenya and the United Kingdom till December 1999, when she started her own family business in London, England. During her career, Evelyn traveled round the world, and was introduced to exotic dishes, which inspired her into bringing these various experiences together. This resulted in her book "Fusion Cuisine Goes Global."
