Gamma Scientific to Showcase New Spectrophotometer for Testing Optical Coating Reflection on Displays at SID Display Week 2012
High speed spectrophotometer system for testing thin film optical coating reflection on displays. Integrates with production line equipment for high speed testing and maximum uptime.
San Diego, CA, June 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Gamma Scientific, pioneers in light measurement for over 50 years, will be showcasing their new Display Reflectance Spectrophotometer System at the Society for Information Display’s Display Week 2012. The premier annual showcase of the display industry, with an annual market value over $100B, Display Week will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center from June 5-7, 2012.
The Gamma Scientific booth (#637) will feature a new Display Reflectance Spectrophotometer for testing thin film optical coatings on displays, as well as display spectroradiometers and colorimeters with industry leading color accuracy and reliability. Gamma Scientific will also be discussing their new lease to own programs and accredited laboratory services that provide affordable solutions for any testing budget.
Rapid Production Line Testing of Optical Coatings for Displays
Gamma Scientific has developed a new spectrophotometer system that integrates with production line equipment for high speed testing of display reflectance. The Display Reflectance Spectrophotometer captures precise, repeatable measurements of the antireflective optical coating on displays. With the option of excluding other reflective layers behind the first surface, the spectrophotometer provides unprecedented accuracy and versatility.
The Display Reflectance Spectrophotometer combines Gamma Scientific’s high-speed RadOMA spectroradiometers with optically stable and durable fixed angle gonioreflectometer heads to test at production speeds. Low maintenance requirements ensure that the system will maximize production uptime.
Complete Display and Component Test Solutions from Gamma Scientific
Display Spectroradiometers that rapidly capture spectral measurements for displays with industry leading accuracy. Gamma Scientific RadOMA spectroradiometers feature high sensitivity with superior color, linearity and amplitude accuracy.
Goniospectroradiometers which combine a six-axis robotic arm and spectroradiometer to capture measurements from any user specified angle while the display remains stationary.
Tri-Stimulus Colorimeters with laboratory grade, dual LCD/CRT measurement capability. The SLS 9400 colorimeter calibrates LCDs, LEDs, plasmas, video walls and projection screens for color accuracy, uniformity of brightness and white balance.
NVIS Spectroradiometers featuring exceptional accuracy, low maintenance and near real-time measurement for NVIS testing of cockpit displays and lighting. Exceeds all requirements outlined in MIL-L-85762A and MIL-STD-3009.
Integrating Spheres ranging in size from 25 mm to 3 m with designs optimized for testing LEDs, fiber-optics and display components.
