Angela Dingle and Kitt Garrett Added as Board Members

Dingle is the president and CEO of Ex Nihilo Management, LLC, a management and business consulting firm that specializes in strategic assessments and Information Technology management. Based in Washington, D.C., the company provides objective IT governance, risk and compliance services based on a comprehensive understanding of customer expectations and deep systems integration experience. Dingle is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with more than 20 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, business leadership, compliance, software engineering and quality assurance.
