Phoenix-based Lincoln Property Company Announces Receivership Assignment for 55,000 Square Foot Medical Center.
Phoenix, AZ, June 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Phoenix office of Lincoln Property Company a full-service real estate firm providing development, investment, property management, receivership, leasing and construction management announced that it has been appointed state court receiver for the Grunow Memorial Medical Center, located at 926 East McDowell Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
The building, which features an ornate concrete entry, was built in 1931 and is included on Arizona's historical registry. Under the third party property management contract, Lincoln Property Company will oversee the 55,000 square feet of medical office space.
