Ranger Retail Partners Exclusive Tenant Representative for Chuck E. Cheese’s to Open Multiple Stores in Rio Grande Valley This Year
Dallas, TX, June 07, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Ranger Retail Partners, a Dallas-based retail real estate brokerage company, announces the opening of three Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurants in Texas’ Rio Grande Valley this year.
CEC Entertainment, Inc., based in Irving, Texas, plans to open Chuck E. Cheese’s in Harlingen, Weslaco and McAllen and each store will be 15,400 square feet. CEC Entertainment and its franchises operate a system of 555 family friendly Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurants in 48 states and seven foreign countries or territories, of which 506 are owned and operated by the company.

Harlingen’s Chuck E. Cheese’s is under construction and is scheduled to open in September 2012 in Harlingen Corners shopping center near U.S. Highway 83 and Dixieland Road. St. Ives Realty is Harlingen Corners’ developer.
The Chuck E. Cheese’s in Weslaco is scheduled to begin construction next. Its location will be near U.S. Highway 83 and Texas Boulevard, at Valley Crossing Shopping Center. The center is a project of SDI Realty.
McAllen’s second Chuck E. Cheese’s will be constructed at the northwest corner of 10th Street and Trenton Road in the new Valencia Marketplace development by Cielo Realty Partners.
