Successful Tampa Virtual Office Company Changes Name and Location
After 12 years, the former Intelligent Office team says “goodbye” to its franchisor and “hello” to its own new business, On Point Executive Center, Inc., located at Rocky Point.
Tampa, FL, June 08, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Facing a pending relocation of its offices and executive suites, a local virtual office company, formerly known as Intelligent Office of Tampa Bay, decided to take the change one step further and bought out of its existing franchise agreement.
As a result, this week approximately 200 Tampa small business owners said goodbye to their former office located at 3111 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. and embraced their new virtual office provider, On Point Executive Center, Inc., located at 3030 N. Rocky Point Drive W, Suite 150, Tampa, FL 33607.

According to Gillman, aside from the new company name and location, existing services will not change much. In fact, new ones will be added. Additionally, the company is handling many elements of the “change of address” required to maintain seamless mailbox service as well.
