Spectrum Arranges $8.5M Refinance of a Sheraton Hotel in Southern California

Irvine, CA, June 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Spectrum was able to assist their client by arranging financing so that they could refinance several notes that were originally used to finance the subject property and were coming due. The subject property is a Tier 1 flagged hotel located in one of the most desirable areas in San Diego County. The clients had originally purchased the property in 2007 and had completed extensive renovations after their purchase.

The subject hotel is over 192,000 square feet and is on over 19 acres. The facility was fully renovated in 2009 and has over 225 rooms. Amenities include, a 9 hole executive golf course, multiple meeting and conference rooms, restaurants and is very close to all the attractions that San Diego County has to offer.
