London, United Kingdom, June 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The launch of Maria.com, part of the Swedish owned Unibet group, will be handled by WFCA following a four way creative pitch.
The agency will create a direct response TV campaign designed to set it apart from the normal Vegas style sites. It will introduce the brand to the UK audience and build long-term engagement with their core audience using humour and social media.
A new look to the website and upgraded player interface has been created specifically for the UK launch scheduled for late 2012.
Creative Director at WFCA Greg Phitidis comments, “It’s always great to be involved in a new brand launch because you get to interrupt people’s expectations of a category. The creative for Maria.com was conceived to do just that. We can’t wait to shoot it.”
UK CRM Manager at Maria.com Kristy Rogers said of the decision,
“We have a great story to tell to a wider audience and (our decision) was based on the sheer quality of proposal, creative execution, excitement and value for money.”
