Mike Miller Officially Launches Campaign for State House District 66
Douglas County School Board Member Mike Miller seeks to bring record of conservative leadership to state Capitol.
Douglasville, GA, June 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Mike Miller officially launched his campaign to seek State House District 66, which includes Douglas County and part of Paulding County after qualifying on May 24th at the state Capitol. Mike currently serves as a member of the Douglas County School Board where he has established himself as a conservative leader, working hard to cut wasteful spending and saving taxpayers millions of dollars during his first term. A lifelong resident of Douglasville and a product of the local school system, he is also a small business owner serving as managing partner of the law firm of Miller and Hightower, P.C.
“It would be an honor to represent the community that I grew up in and serve as its State Representative," said Miller. "I wish to take my conservative and principled leadership as a Douglas County School Board Member to the state Capitol to cut taxes, control wasteful spending and promote a quality education for our children. I am humbled by the support my campaign has received since forming my committee last year, and ask for Douglas and Paulding County residents in State House District 66 to vote for me in the July 31st Republican Primary.”

Mike Miller currently serves on the Douglas County School Board where he has been a stalwart for fiscal responsibility and transparency. Mike is also a small business owner, serving as managing partner of the law firm of Miller and Hightower, P.C. in Douglasville. Mike is a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and received his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Mike is a lifelong resident of Douglasville and graduated from Alexander High School.
