South Portland Call Center Hires Inbound Supervisor
South Portland, ME, June 15, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Newton’s Naturals recently hired Matthew Brasier as a supervisor of its Inbound Sales management team.
Mr. Brasier comes to Dr. Newton’s with several years of call center experience and a clear understanding of the sales process. His most recent role was at SellMyTimeShareNOW, LLC.
"As our evening supervisor Matt is a team player and nurtures success and camaraderie with the sales agents," said Dr. Newton's Naturals' Assistant Sales Manager, Bruce LeClaire. "He is the type of supervisor who can listen to a sales call and immediately uncover areas that work for the sales agent as well as identify areas that can be improved upon. When Matt worked his first shift at Dr. Newton's it was apparent he was right at home with the sales process and it was equally apparent that his coaching style would appeal to the professional sales people we strive to develop."
A longtime resident of Maine, Matt is the proud father of 5 children. When he's not helping the call center "grow" to new heights, he and his family run an organic vegetable and fruit farm and also breed Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldogs.
