In this position, Williams will oversee telecommunications design and construction administration for SfL+a Architects’ work in Ft. Bragg and the Fayetteville area of North Carolina, as well as advising the company’s internal IT structure and process.
A Georgia native, Williams has participated in continuing education programs through the U.S. Air Force and Community College of Southern Nevada in North Las Vegas. He previously spent 16 years in the IT and telecommunications industry, with the last 13 years as a low-voltage systems design consultant in the educational market. Williams is a member of Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) and the Council of Educational Facility Planners International. Actively involved in his local church, Williams is a member of the board of directors for Joy in Hope, a nonprofit organization working in Haiti. He resides in Apex, N.C. with his wife, Joleen, and three children, Amy, Jared and Travis.
