Grand Opening of Authentic Venezuelan Restaurant in Brickell

Miami, FL, June 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Over 40,000 Venezuelans reside in South Florida. Budare Bistro, opening in the heart of Brickell, hopes to bring them a taste of home with their authentic Venezuelan cuisine.

Budare Bistro, owned by Gloria Villasmil & Jesus Nieto, is named after the circular cast iron or clay griddle used in Venezuelan cooking. Nieto thinks Miami is ready for something new, saying “We are in an era where people are interested in tasting new flavors and fusions. At Budare Bistro we are helping people do that. We have selected the very best ingredients to create the exquisite dishes of our Venezuela. We are hoping to bring Venezuelan specialties to a new demographic.”

The owners of Budare Bistro have created a place where you can feel at home. Open seven days a week, their goal is to become a meeting point of cultures where you can also enjoy the best Venezuelan food in town. On the menu there are over thirty arepitas, mini-empanadas, and mini-cachapitas, all homemade and accompanied by delightful sauces. Jesus Nieto states simply, “We will make you feel at home. And we promise you an extraordinary experience.”

During the grand opening event Budare Bistro will officially bring the best of Venezuelan cooking to Miami. This exciting event will feature live music, cocktails, and a sampling of their menu favorites.
