CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners Closes Sale of The Northshore Marina at the Hollows: A 198 Rental Slip Marina on 12.281 Acres of Land 30-minutes from Austin
Austin, TX, June 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) is pleased to announce the sale of The Northshore Marina at the Hollows -- a 198 rental slip marina on 12.281 acres of land located on the north shores of Lake Travis -- to Huffines Communities, a Dallas based real estate development and investment group. The marina is located at 6612 Lantern View Drive in Jonestown, Texas, about a 30-minute drive from Austin, within the master-planned community of The Hollows lakeside community, a 1,400 acre development presenting resort-style living in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
