Customer Contact & Communication is Focus of Raleigh's Luxury Home Marketing Group May Gathering

Raleigh, NC, June 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- May’s gathering of the Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group focused on customer contact and communication.

“Our members realize the importance of continually updating our clients during the home-buying and selling process,” said LHMG Vice-President Linda Craft. “Several of our members have used the SendOutCards plan. We invited Jennifer Elkin to make a presentation on how the product is used locally. Members had a chance to compare their existing programs and share ideas for improvement.”

The group convened at Treasurer Shawn Britt’s listing, 1300 Glennis Court in Hasentree for the meeting. The tour included a Linda Craft-represented home at 6012 Over Haddon Court and a property represented by Lindsay Taylor at 9308 Royal Crest Drive.

Background: President Kathy Beacham, Vice-President Linda Craft, Secretary Jill Rekuc of Olde Raleigh Real Estate, LLC , Treasurer Shawn Britt of Realty World-Triangle Living and Past-President Kimberly Conroy complete the 2011 executive board.
