Johns Hopkins Dental Group Awards Accreditation to Meza Dental Care
Sarasota, FL, June 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Johns Hopkins Dental Group, a patient advocate and referral service that facilitates dental tourism in Costa Rica, accredited Meza Dental Care. Meza Dental Care is a leading Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry Center in Costa Rica, dedicated to change the way people feel about Dentistry. In 2011, Dr. Alberto Meza, D.D.S. was featured in a showcase of 10 Leaders in Dental & Surgery in Newsweek magazine, but has been providing high quality dental care to dental tourists from the United States for nearly 15 years. The Johns Hopkins Dental Group performed its first on-site inspection in March 2012 when Meza Dental Care expressed an interest in working with the patient-focused referral service. There was a formal interview and site inspection conducted by a member of the Accreditation Department, and Vice President of Operations, Howard Siegler, M.B.A., (Johns Hopkins, 2002). Siegler said, “We are very pleased to have the world-renowned Meza Dental Care clinic as one of our Accredited Dental Providers in Costa Rica. Adding dental clinics of Meza’s caliber brings us one step closer to our goal of assuring that 100% of all dental tourists who visit Costa Rica will receive well-above average dental care and return home completely satisfied.”
Dr. Alberto Meza, D.D.S. serves as the Director of Meza Dental Care and practices Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry and Oral Rehabilitation. He received Postgraduate Training in Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry and Implant Dentistry at UCLA. His Associate Dr. Marienella Marin, D.D.S., practices Cosmetic Dentistry and Oral Rehabilitation and also received her Postgraduate Training in Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry at UCLA. Lenna Perez, D.D.S. serves as a General Dentist and received her training at Universidad Latina, Costa Rica.

We began researching the market in 2004, and we had to screen through literally hundreds of dentists and dental clinics to find ones we thought were worthy of Accreditation.
