Pro-Air Services, Inc. Acquires FilTech-Woodland, Inc.
Decatur, AL, June 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Leading North Alabama-based HVAC contractor Pro-Air Services, Inc. has acquired FilTech-Woodland, Inc., a metal fabrication company located in Decatur, Ala.
CEO Marshall Putman recognizes the growth potential, “The Tennessee Valley and national economy is growing and is poised for accelerated growth over the next decade. Our organizations have taken the step to be prepared to meet the growing needs of our customer base. Our ability to vertical market within our niche will be an asset to the industrial/commercial/institutional consumer.”
FilTech-Woodland currently provides CNC machining, metal fabrication, and predictive maintenance services. By acquiring the company, Pro-Air Services is able to offer these services in-house to its HVAC customers and FilTech-Woodland customers will also now be able to receive comprehensive HVAC services.
The average combined sales of the two businesses are greater than $8 million annually. Terms of the completed transaction on June 1, 2012, were not disclosed.
