RE/MAX Sauk Valley in Sterling Captures Awards for 2011 Sales Achievements
Chicago, IL, June 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- RE/MAX Sauk Valley, 110 E. Lynn Blvd., Sterling, Ill., captured several top honors at the 35th annual awards ceremony held this April by the RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network.
Based on 2011 sales, RE/MAX Sauk Valley ranked as the network’s leading office outside the metropolitan Chicago real estate market for property transactions closed and the total sales volume that those transactions represented.
Last year, RE/MAX Sauk Valley closed 521 transactions and generated $58.8 million in closed sales volume. Tim McCaslin and John Rosengren, broker/owners of the office, accepted the award on behalf of the office.
McCaslin also earned honors for leading a sales team that closed 119 transactions in 2011, more than any other team in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network based outside the seven-county Chicago metropolitan area.
Rosengren received an additional award, too, for ranking among the top three commercial real estate agents in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network. Rosengren ranked second among sales teams based on 2011 closed sales volume. A team involves the combined efforts of two or more licensed agents.
