San Antonio, TX, June 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- J. (Jeong) Morgan- Korean Born Landscape Painter showcases why he is a nationally recognized artist with 14 of his new paintings at J. R. Mooney Galleries of Fine Art. Having recently returned from a 6 month residency in Thailand at the King’s Palace- Morgan spent the time painting.

His artwork was selected to help decorate and create an illustrious addition to the already elaborate buildings of this area. J.R. Mooney of Fine Arts is proud to be showcasing 14 original oil paintings on canvas by J. Morgan; painted after his extensive travels. In the new series, Morgan is working through an eclectic color palette- favoring a more robust and neon-esque green, while diving deep to capture the profound reds and crimsons of the poppy fields of the region.

Having represented J. Morgan for almost a decade, Bob Mooney of J.R. Mooney Gallery is exhilarated to have such an inventory of new work by Morgan, “We are excited to see his new color arrays, mixed with his traditional compositions,” Mr. Mooney says.
