90octane Hires Diane Melka, Promotes Members of Account Management and Storytelling Teams

Denver, CO, June 23, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Denver marketing agency 90octane has hired Diane Melka as Human Resources and Training Senior Manager. Melka has over 20 years of experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, strategic staff planning and conflict management. Prior to joining 90octane, Melka served as a contract recruiter for Lenderlive Network and TIAA-CREF, both located in Denver, CO. Melka was also Senior Human Resource Generalist for both Merrill Lynch and TIAA-CREF.

Melka earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University and her Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) Certificate from HRCI. In her new role at 90octane, Melka will develop and lead human resources and training programs.

Additionally, 90octane has promoted Nicole Johnson and Misty Markley from account managers to account supervisors. Both Johnson and Markley will oversee internal teams and manage budgets and benchmarks for client search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, lead nurturing, lead generation and other online marketing programs. The agency also promoted Senior Storyteller Rosemary Dempsey to Director of Storytelling. She will manage the storytelling team, develop client content strategies and collaborate on the agency’s business development initiatives.
