Executive Vice President of Honda John Mendel presented the Case’s with the prestigious award at Rick Case Honda in Davie, FL, which is the only one of the Top 10 Volume Dealers in the Country to receive the award an outstanding four years in a row.
The President’s Award was established in 1995 to challenge dealerships to provide a superior automotive experience. The award is presented to Honda top-ranking dealerships across the country based on their achievement of excellence in all areas of operation, including customer service and satisfaction, sales, training and facility. The program award objectives are established annually to address the changing economic environment and to encourage dealerships to continually strive to achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction.
