Broker Shares Success Secrets with Competitor
St. Davids, PA, June 28, 2012 --(PR.com)-- RE/MAX Classic Real Estate Broker Brett Furman
Shares his Secrets of Success on
Short Sales with competitor Keller Williams
While most Real Estate Brokers are not willing to share their success with competitors, local real estate Broker Brett Furman did just that. Real Estate Broker, Brett Furman shared his secrets of success and why his short sales are 85% successful. His program is clearly working according to website www.smsnegotiates.com, only about 15 percent of agents are successful with negotiating a short sale. Mr. Furman shared his success story to help stabilize the neighborhoods that he works in and help reduce the local foreclosure rates. “I knew that my lecture would make a huge difference. I am committed to doing anything for my clients and community that will help improve the real estate market,” said Brett Furman.
Mr. Furman's lecture included the results from a five month short sale study that he conducted with the help of a Villanova intern. The study analyzed troubled Real Estate in Chester, Montgomery, Delaware and Philadelphia County. “I noticed that the Suburban Philadelphia market experienced this fragility late in the game," says Brett Furman, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Classic in St. Davids. "Suburban Philadelphia may have been the last market in the country to be affected. However, our real estate market is one of the most stable markets in the country. When market values are improving we never get the spikes and when the market softens we don't experience the rapid declines. I do think that the Main Line was able to escape the meltdown. We need to see the job market improve which would help everything. Recently, I have watched my short sale transactions double from 4% to 8% and I believe that there are more short sales coming."
The lecture also featured prominent Real Estate attorney, Scott Reidenbach. Mr. Reidenbach is the founder of Reidenbach & Associates, LLC a Main Line based law firm that concentrates its practice in the areas of Real Estate, Condominium and Community Association Law, Business and Civil Litigation and represents buyers and sellers of residential real estate in every aspect of the transaction. Scott was named "Top Lawyer-Real Estate" by Main Line Today magazine in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
