Omnicom Press Author Suggests Senate Members Drawn Into Foreign Plot

Announcing the publication of a new report: As the Senate moves forward on legislation to sanction Russia for human rights abuse, author William Dunkerley's timely analysis suggests Senators may have been hoodwinked by foreign agitators.

New Britain, CT, June 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- William Dunkerley, author of The Phony Litvinenko Murder published by Omnicom Press, has produced a new analysis of legislation called the "Magnitsky Bill." Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) led the Foreign Relations Committee to endorse the measure at its meeting on June 26.

The Bill provides for sanctions against Russia over the death of Sergei Magnitsky. He died when he was denied medical treatment while in pre-trial detention on a tax fraud case, the Bill reported.

Dunkerley's analysis suggests the Senators were hoodwinked into supporting efforts to destabilize Russia. The Obama administration has tried to stop them. But the Senators are moving forward, perhaps oblivious to the trap they've fallen into.

Entitled "Magnitsky Bill Drags Senators into Foreign Plot," Dunkerley's report claims a similarity to the trap Congress fell into over the Alexander Litvinenko case. News reports had called Litvinenko a former KGB spy murdered on orders of Russian president Vladimir Putin. The incident was subject of a Congressional resolution condemning Russia.

But in Dunkerley's recent book on that case, he describes how the whole murder story was a media fabrication inspired by a group of foreign agitators.
