Stewart Engineering Helps Dedicate Greenway and Pedestrian Bridge

Raleigh, N.C.-Based Firm Holds Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for the Swift Creek Greenway and Pedestrian Bridge

Raleigh, NC, July 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Robert Macia, PE, LEED AP, president of Stewart Engineering (http://www.stewart-eng.com), has announced that the firm helped dedicate the Swift Creek Greenway and Pedestrian Bridge along Regency Parkway in Cary, N.C. While the project has been completed for a few months, the ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 in conjunction with National Trails Day. The Swift Creek Greenway, a 1.03-mile trail constructed of recycled asphalt, is the nation’s first greenway built completely with recycled products. Stewart Engineering, the design consultant for this project, dedicated the greenway along with the Town of Cary’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department.
