DAVACO Funds "The DAVACO Scholarship for Retail Education"
DAVACO announced today that the company will collaborate with PAVE, The Planning and Visual Education Partnership, to provide financial assistance to students who are pursuing a degree related to retail environments.

The DAVACO Scholarship for Retail Education is awarded as part of PAVE's scholarship program, which is intended to assist students who are experiencing financial difficulties that may impact their ability to continue their education.

The DAVACO Scholarship for Retail Education is a $1,500 scholarship and is open to students who are currently pursuing a degree in the retail environments industry, including, but not limited to, visual merchandising, retail design and store planning. Students must be enrolled as a full-time student in a college/university/technical school program, and must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Award criteria is based on merit and need, and recipients are selected by the PAVE Board Task force. Applications are due on October 1, 2012.
