Joe Adamaitis Inducted as President of Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association
Sales Manager for Academy Mortgage Corporation in Sarasota has been named to top post of Local Mortgage Bankers Group.
Sarasota, FL, July 09, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Joe Adamaitis, Sales Manager for Academy Mortgage Corporation in Sarasota, has been inducted as President of the Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association.
The local chapter of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the professional organization is composed of residential loan origination companies, servicing companies and affiliated service providers in the Sarasota, Bradenton and Venice areas. The organization is dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the mortgage banking industry through a proactive relationship with federal and state legislators, industry agencies and other housing trade organizations.
Adamaitis said his priority is to unite all participants in the industry, including the local Realtor Associations for Sarasota and Manatee counties, mortgage brokers, bankers and institutional lenders. “We are all faced with numerous issues confronting the housing markets and how we do our business,” he said. “We must continue and expand our community service. We must continue to give back to the people we serve, and unite with our Realtor partners with continued education as it relates to serious regulatory pressures on us all.”
Adamaitis has 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and served as Vice President of the Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association in 2011-2012. He is a member of the Mortgage Alliance of Southwest Florida, formed to offer leadership and education to the industry and the public, and promote high professional standards and service. Adamaitis is also an avid writer and will be releasing his third mortgage related publication this fall.
