JTM Food Group Introduces New IQF Crumbles Line and Added Healthy Menu Offerings at 2012 School Nutrition Association (SNA) Conference
JTM highlights more reduced sodium, reduced fat and whole-grain rich products to more than 4,000 attendees at the 2012 SNA National Conference in Denver, Colorado, July 15-18, 2012
Harrison, OH, July 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- JTM Food Group, a national leader in creating menu solutions for the food service industry, will introduce several new products at the School Nutrition Association’s (SNA) 2012 National Conference in Denver, CO. The new offerings will be sampled by school directors from coast-to-coast and from border-to-border as more than 4,000 school nutrition professionals are scheduled to attend the show. JTM, which provides menu items to half of all schools in the United States, which is more than 12.8 million K-12 students across the country, has focused its research and development efforts on creating healthier school menu options; reducing sodium and fat; and adding whole-grain rich products.

Highlighting JTM’s SNA new product launch is an expansive list of their new Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) crumbles along with diced and seasoned beef and pork items, a result of a recent manufacturing expansion at the food service provider’s Ohio headquarters facility.
“The installation of our new crumble line has been pivotal, enabling us to offer quality, fully cooked, beef, turkey and pork products to our customers,” added Hofmeier. “These ingredients can then be used for great “fresh scratch” recipes for tacos, pizzas, chilis, and all the foods that kids love.”
JTM Executive Chef Rob LaFond will be at booth #1425 during the SNA’s Annual Conference in charge of preparation and serving the following list of JTM products:
