Resorts West Highlights Utah's Growing Wine Tourism with Summer Vacation Package

Park City, UT, July 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Mountain villa manager Resorts West is putting the spotlight on Utah’s wine tourism with a four day, three-night summer Wine Escape Package, featuring a gourmet dinner prepared by private chef Joseph Saladyga and a custom wine pairing class with Park City sommelier Kirsten Fox.
Fox, who recently published the “The 2011 Wine School Yearbook,” is headmistress at the Deer Valley based Fox School of Wine. She will treat guests to a 30-minute discussion on how to pair wine with summer alpine cuisine. Guests also enjoy a four-course meal prepared in-home by Chef Saladyga. Dinner will include three custom wine selections under $30.
This package is available at Silver Star at Park City, a collection of 2- to 5-bedroom luxury condos and stand-alone cottages built to resemble the structures of Park City’s silver mining heyday. Each property features high ceilings, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens and private outdoor hot tubs. Guests also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, open-air plaza with the on-site Silver Star Cafe, stone fire pits and an on-site fitness center. Guests who stay three nights or longer at the lodge receive a complimentary fourth night through December.
