Greens Worldwide Incorporated (OTCBB GRWW) announced today that it had received the second tranche of $500,000 from four accredited investors as set forth in its financing agreement with the investors. The company will receive an additional $500,000 upon the registration statement recently filed being declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
