Phoenix, AZ, July 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Anaphora, LLC, a Phoenix-based private holding company, announced the acquisition of Brillare Hairdressing Academy.
Brillare Hairdressing Academy has two campuses, the main campus in North Scottsdale in the Scottsdale Quarter and a branch campus in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Arizona. The seller was RAS Management, Inc.
“We were attracted to this cosmetology school because of its strong education and product affiliations as well as the high quality facilities,” said Christa Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Anaphora, LLC. “Our management team will continue to build upon the excellent education that Brillare students receive.”
