The system enables Menora to plan, implement, manage and measure performance of Sales and its Nation-wide Pension agents’ network. In addition, the system automates the calculation and payment of commissions and bonuses according performance and quota attainment.
The project delivered by Incentives Solutions Ltd. and based on the innovative INCENTIVES–SPM tool, will be managed by the Finance division of the company. The solution allows great flexibility and fast adaptation to changing needs in the administrative controls. The process and financial dashboard module allows real-time transparency for employees and managers, viewing their personal performance metrics, compensation calculations and improving self motivation.
