CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners Awarded Leasing and Management and Sales of 139,400 SF Hospital and Medical Facility in 11 Acres in Mesquite

Dallas, TX, July 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) today announces its representation for the leasing and sale of a 139,400-square-foot former hospital and five medical office buildings on 11 acres located at 3500 Interstate-30 in Mesquite. The hospital building sits vacant on six acres and has commercial zoning for a variety of uses, including medical, but excludes critical care. Built in 1977, the facility was remodeled with additions in 1987, 1994 and 2005.
