Chevron Pascagoula Base Oil Project

Gulfport, MS, July 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. concrete products are being used to reconstruct the ship yard at Chevron’s Pascagoula Refinery. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2013. The precast concrete was produced at Design Precast & Pipe’s Gulfport, MS plant.

Design Precast & Pipe portion of the project includes demolition and reconstruction of the concrete ship docks, as well as the suspended concrete roadway bridge for access to the dock, which includes supplying roadway bridge panels, 34x34 dolphin deck panels and 4x20 platform panels. All of the precast concrete provided by Design Precast & Pipe is over the water and secured piling. Yates Construction is the General Contractor for this project.
