This event, the Coaching Skills Intensive, is aimed at helping entrepreneurs build their leadership skills and capacity to serve their clients, even when their clients are resisting necessary changes. The event, which will take place over a two week period, will consist of eight training sessions on topics such as “Coaching Skills for Highly Uncertain Times,” “Coaching the Sales Conversation” and “Coaching Skills to Help Clients Create More Cash” among several other topics designed to help entrepreneurs learn and apply effective coaching skills to troubling business issues.
This virtual event will be delivered in a multimedia format; including telephone, the web, and live chat.
“My goal with this training is to help entrepreneurs navigate through the maze of challenges inherent in running a small business, to help them navigate through obstacles so they can do more great work,” says Lee.
Ms. Lee will be joined by several other well-known coaches such as Barbara Sundquist, Mark Silver, Bernadette Doyle, Dave Buck, and Sheri McConnell, each of whom bring a unique perspective to the idea of coaching skills for business transformation.
